Dave Van Damme is a partner who supports privately-owned domestic companies and subsidiaries of larger foreign-owned and operated companies. He works closely with owners, chief financial officers and plant managers to understand his clients’ business goals and align the right mix of technological and consulting support. In addition, he works with businesses in the automation industry, helping them prepare accurate financial statements, identify key metrics to help achieve operational success, and identify business processes that could benefit from automation.
