Mark Martinelli is a partner specializing in providing tax and private equity services. He co-leads the firm’s private equity practice with Michael Vaccarella. He has over 30 years of experience in the private company and public accounting industries. Throughout his career, he has held the position of CFO for many private equity funds. Bringing great insight and wisdom to each client relationship, he is committed to helping clients drive growth. Mark has vast experience in all aspects of financial management, controllership and accounting operations, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, legal and cash management issues.
